Rules for visiting exhibitions

Rules for visiting exhibitions and extra-exhibition events, organized by the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Exhibition Center "BelExpo".

Dear visitors!

All persons who have accepted the invitation of the organizer to attend the exhibition, as well as registered as a visitor or bought a ticket at the cash desk, shall comply with Rules for visiting exhibitions and extra-exhibition events organized by the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Exhibition Center "BelExpo" (hereinafter – the Rules), which are set to ensure safe and comfortable stay of all participants in the territory where the Event is held.

1. The Rules define the procedure of admission of visitors to the events (exhibitions, conferences, etc., hereinafter separately – the Event) organized by the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Exhibition Center "BelExpo" (hereinafter – the Organizer), as well as establish the code of behavior for visitors of the Events.

2. By accepting the terms of visiting the Event, the visitor gives his consent to the use of his image in the photos of the Event in the information materials published by the Organizer.

3. The Organizer has the right, at his discretion, to determine the cost of the admission ticket, the range of persons allowed to the specialized exhibition events based on the objectives of their holding.

4. The base for entering the territory of the Event is the admission tickets bought at the cash desk, invitations, personal electronic tickets (when registering on the website) or the visitor badge of the form established by the Organizer.

5. On the days of business visits, restrictions on the admission of certain categories of visitors to the Event are possible in order to ensure the proper format of the Event.

6. To confirm the professional status of the visitor, the Organizer has the right to request a supporting document: a power of attorney or an official letter of the organization being represented.

7. A badge is issued to media representatives after passing the accreditation, the procedure of which is indicated on the official website of the Event, or according to any other procedure determined by the Organizer.

8. Students of specialized educational institutions have the right to attend the Event free of charge on the days determined by the Organizer. Entrance of these persons to the Event is carried out only when accompanied by the representative of the educational institution according to the list of students officially certified by the administration of the higher educational institution agreed upon with the Organizer in advance.

9. Visitors are not allowed to pass their badge or personal invitation ticket to other persons. The Organizer has the right to check the compliance of the name and surname indicated on the badge (personal invitation card) with the name and surname of the visitor. For this purpose, the person who controls the admission to the Event has the right to request from the visitor to submit a document proving his/her identity.

10. In case of loss of the badge, the visitor shall apply to the Event registration desk to have it reissued.

11. Children under 12 years of age are allowed to attend the Events only if they are accompanied by an adult.

12. Visitors must respect public order in the territory of the exhibition complex and in the surrounding area, as well as comply with the lawful orders of the Organizer and the administration of the complex where the Event is held.

13. It is prohibited for visitors to:

13.1. Bring any kind of weapons to the territory of the Event;

13.2. Bring explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as poisonous, toxic and caustic substances to the territory of the Event;

13.3. Bring and consume alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances, be in a state of alcohol intoxication, state caused by the consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances in the territory of the Event;

13.4. Enter the territory of the Event with animals;

13.5. Trade without the consent of the Organizer;

13.6. Move around the territory of the Event on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other means of personal mobility when visiting the Event, except for the persons for whom the use of such means is necessary;

13.7. Perform actions which may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organizer, the property of the participants of the Event or the property of the lessor, life or health of people in the territory of the Event, a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring the security of the Event;

13.8. Leave children without supervision;

13.9. Apply inscriptions, paste and distribute printed materials, posters and other products of informational or promotional content, conduct propaganda activities without the written consent of the Organizer;

13.10. Organize and conduct unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, as well as other uncoordinated promotional activities in the territory of the Event;

13.11. Engage in begging, litter the territory of the Event;

13.12. Bring luggage, items, products, which may stain other visitors and exhibits;

13.13. Smoke in the buildings and outdoor areas of the exhibition complex where the Event is held, except for the specially designated areas;

13.14. Attend business events in outer clothing.

14. If any ownerless or suspicious goods are found on the territory of the Event, the visitors must immediately inform the representative of the Organizer or the personnel of the exhibition complex (lessor) about it.

15. The visitors must review the fire emergency evacuation plan placed at the entrance to the territory of the Event.

16. In case of emergency in the territory of the Event, the visitors must follow the requirements of the representatives of the Organizer or the personnel of the exhibition complex.

17. The Organizer is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings of visitors. In case of loss of personal belongings, you can contact the Organizer for assistance in finding them by means available to the Organizer.

18. The visitor may be refused to attend the Event without compensation for the cost of the ticket in the following cases:

18.1 When refusing to undergo the inspection of personal belongings, as well as to present hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;

18.2. When attempting to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held with prohibited objects, in a state of alcohol intoxication, state caused by the consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances.

19. The personnel of the Organizer and the security services of the Event have the right to refuse the following persons to enter the Event and (or) to remove them from the territory of the Event without any compensation:

19.1. violating the Rules or were previously noticed to do so;

19.2. violating the recommended measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19);

19.3. violating the public order, behaving aggressively and posing, according to the Organizer, a potential threat to the visitors, exhibitors, guests of the Event or the safety of the property located in the territory of the Event;

19.4. creating obstacles for the movement of the visitors of the Event and exhibitors, or in case the obstacles are created by the property of these persons;

19.5. having the signs of alcoholic and other intoxication; - asocial appearance and (or) in untidy clothes.

19.6. hindering the performance of official duties by the personnel of the Organizer and the participants of the Event.

20. In case the visitor has committed illegal actions, he/she can be delivered to the representatives of law enforcement agencies to address the issue of bringing him/her to administrative or other responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

21. The material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, the property of the participants of the Event or the property of the exhibition complex (lessor) shall be compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

22. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, if necessary.
